The Weekly Zen
Status: Dropped
It all started when other submission options came out. The user blog function was one of the new submission options. Everyone was submitting random new blogs. I decided to run something that updated regularly. I also wanted to use those blogs to spread news within the POM community and what was going on. And so, The Weekly Zen was created to serve this purpose.
The first Weekly Zen was released on November 8th, 2010 and it was well received. It continued to be popular with every release. It survived for 15 releases and then I stopped working on it because there was nothing new in the POM community and I found myself struggling to get a new issue out.
I revived it another time and I managed to release 7 more issues before stopping at issue #22. Why did I stop? I have no idea. Maybe it was the same reason that I stopped the first time.
Will it ever come back? That's not likely but it was fun while it lasted!
You can check out my Weekly Zen issues on my profile on POM.net. Look me up and hit the user blog link and look at all of my Weekly Zens!
